Why I’m passionate about building Unshakeable Teams, Leaders, and People

My Unshakeable journey began when I became discouraged by the lack of personal clarity and dignity in corporate America. I completely lost myself in the race for professional success. 

I learned that true success is found when I recognize my unique value, and activate that value in service of the team and shared business objectives. I also learned that true success as a leader comes when you develop those you lead to do the same.  

Now I spend my time passionately raising awareness of self and others in order to create community which fosters the courage to transform businesses. I speak from 20 years of executive experience and share the leadership solutions I have learned about common challenges in the workplace.

I have led teams through massive business transformation and helped companies build from scratch to millions in revenue. I know what it takes to get results in a fast-paced, rapidly changing business climate. I have created a unique framework to develop leaders in order to propel business objectives. 

This session will break down walls constructed around the idea of leadership. We will challenge ourselves to consider new actions in an Unshakeable way to achieve results never before achieved!

Team Dynamics—Mess or Magic?

When we lack clarity about our role and how we fit into our team, the day-to-day experience within teams gets messy. When the team is a mess, so is the employee’s performance, attitude, and morale. When the team is working well, it’s like magic.
